This project consists of the reconstruction and realignment of approximately 2.91 miles of U.S. 95 from MP 438.24 to MP 441.15 in Kootenai County. Improvements include construction of 2.91 miles of divided highway, drainage modifications, construction of traffic signals at Idaho 53 and Garwood Road, realignment of shared use path (pedestrian/bike), and traffic counter relocation. Construction began in August 2008 and is scheduled for completion in early fall 2009.
